Yesterday, the Spirit of the Lakes, a 46 unit affordable senior apartment building for gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender seniors on East Lake Street was unanimously approved by the Planning Commission!
With the help of affordable housing funding, Spirit on Lake will serve individuals earning less than $28,950 a year and households earning less than $33,100 a year (2 persons).Awesome.
